Gotta keep ’em separated.

Screening your waste provides disposal options.

Screen & haul benefits.

Our custom screening units are mobile and built to filter out inorganic material such as: plastics, hair, and grit. What’s left is a clean product that, depending on your project, can be reused in a number of ways.

Save time

Screening and haulage (or return to plant) is typically the fastest way to return your tank to the design capacity/capability by removing the heavy grit, hair, and plastics from it. This process generally operates at four times the processing speed of conventional dewatering. It also avoids equipment and supply constraints while working within the confines of the facility. For each project the equipment requirements are allocated based on your timeline and the anticipated tank debris. This ensures each project is done as quickly as possible.

Save money

Having options provides you with the most cost effective solution for your project. The processed liquid stream can be:

  • Cleaned and returned to the facility
  • Beneficially reused at another facility
  • Beneficially reused agriculturally
  • Further process and turned into a product
  • Further process and taken to landfill

With the right approach, your waste can be a resource.

Take the waste out of your waste.

Our screening equipment can be used in combination to get the best capture and throughput. We can help assess your needs.

Bar Screen

1/4" bar screen for coarse screening of organic residuals. Ideal for removing trash from a liquid stream.

Rotary Screen

Millimeter screening that is available to remove trash and large solids from the liquid stream.

Shaker

Fine separation of liquid and solids to prevent sand or grit from returning to your headworks.

Cleaning up your liquid waste stream, opens up additional disposal and reuse options.
